Seminar and panel discussion in November

We invite you to our seminar in November (24.11.2023) which consist of two amazing events. Arseli Dokumaci, author of "Activist Affordances: How Disabled People Improvise More Livable Worlds", will lead the lecture "Activist Affordances: Disability, Shrinkage and Improvisation". Natalia Pamuła will host the discussion "Exploring Methodological Challenges in Disability Studies" participated by four panelists representing different disciplines (Marcin Stasiak, Hanna Zaremba-Kosovych, Magdalena Zdrodowska, Dilmurad Yusupov).

Accesibility in Practice: Seminar and Workshop

We invite You to our 11th seminar and workshop! The event will be held on the 27th October 2023, at 3 PM via ZOOM Platform. For the first time as part of our research platform, we invite you to a meeting with practitioners responsible for the implementation and delivery of accessible programmes.
Rafał Lis, Barbara Pasterak and Jakub Studziński will participate in a panel discussion "Accesibility coordination in cultural institutions" reffering their studies on accessibility coordination in cultural institutions. The discussion will be led in Polish with simultaneous translation into English.
During the following workshops Agnieszka Wociechowska-Sej will talk about the basic principles of creating texts in ETR and present model examples.

On 26 May at 3 PM CET, we will hold our 9th seminar, which includes a lecture by Kateřina Kolářová (Pandemic Im/possible Crip Horizons and the Debts of Postsocialism) and a workshop led by Kateřina Kolářová with Alyson Patsavas (Traveling with Code of the Freaks: A workshop on transnationalizing crip cultural critique).
